Relocation to New Space in Miller Hall Planned for Early 2025

The Martin School of Public Policy and Administration is going to have a permanent new home.  University officials have given final approval for the School’s relocation from the Patterson Office Tower to historic Miller Hall, which will undergo a major renovation expected to be complete by January 2025.

Two Martin School Students attended the KY Association of Mitigation Managers conference

Congrats to Valentina Osunmade, MPP student, and Emily Wiley, MPA student, on their attendance at the Kentucky Association of Mitigation Manager's conference in Prestonsburg.  Lieutenant Governor Jaqueline Coleman was the keynote speaker.

Drs. Iuliia Shybalkina and David Agrawal Awarded UNITE General Pilot Grant for Research on 'Race and Local Revenue Systems

Dr. Iuliia Shybalkina and Dr. David Agrawal have been selected as the Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator, respectively, for a UNITE General Pilot Grant focused on research titled "Race and Local Revenue Systems." This grant initiative is designed to provide support to projects that examine racial equity through the lens of humanities and humanistic social sciences. Their selection underscores the significance of their research in addressing the complex issues surrounding race and local revenue systems.

2023 IPPMI Alumni Celebration

Due to the ever-growing number of International Public Policy and Management Institute (IPPMI) participants and the programs success, we are excited to announce the establishment of an IPPMI Alumni Association in South Korea. To celebrate this occasion, we are hosting the first IPPMI Alumni Celebration on October 28, 2023 at the Sevitseom Floating Islands in Seoul.
