Faculty Spotlight Dr. Annelise Russell to Speak at Library of Congress' Kluge Center

Join the John W. Kluge Center for a discussion of the ways that digital communications have transformed the ways that Members of Congress intract with the public.

Former Kluge Center Article One Fellow Annelise Russell will convene a discussion on how changes in digital communication affect relationships between staffers, journalists, and policymakers. Panelists Carrie Adams, Matthew Lira, and Steve Dwyer will bring a wealth of experience from the executive and legislative branches as well as the business of social media to the conversation.
