Alumni Highlights Congratulations to MPA Alum on Deputy State Budget & Policy Director Appointment! Andrew McNeill (MPA)

Andrew McNeill, a Martin School MPA graduate, previously served the Governor's Office as a Senior Advisor, and has extensive experience in state policy. In his new position in the Office of the State Budget Director, Andrew will work alongside his new colleagues to prepare the budget the Governor recommmends to the legislature, analyze economic conditions in Kentucky, and complete policy research.
