Martin School researcher's longstanding commitment to advancing research, our own Dr. Rajeev Darolia has been working with Board on Higher Education and Workforce at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine from the summer of 2023 to today.

The Board's research "studies are carried out by ad hoc study committees composed of national experts with subject matter and methodological expertise. Committees use a variety of quantitative and qualitative techniques to gather information: literature reviews, primary and secondary data collection, statistical analysis, public workshops, committee briefings, surveys, focus groups, and interviews. Study committees develop conclusions and recommendations through a consensus process that leads to a book-length report disseminated to key stakeholders and audiences."

UPDATE: Dr. Darolia has been on leave from the University of Kentucky during this time.
