Alumni Highlights Alumnus Visits India through US State Dept Initiative Louay Constant (Ph.D 02')

Louay Constant, who received his Ph.D from the Martin School in 2002, recently visited India through a U.S. Department of State initiative. Dr. Constant is a researcher at the RAND Corporation and a professor through the Pardee RAND Graduate School.
